The Cosatto Hogarth Cot Bed is made from solid pine wood with a luxury cream and oak finish. The Hogarth is a striking cot with chunky profiles and sweeping curved head/foot rails, and has single handed drop side. We have the whole collection of matching Hogarth furniture available if you are seeking more than just the cot. The Hogarth collection is elegant and looks extraordinarily expensive. The cot (and any matching furniture) ships within Ireland for free.

This cot bed converts into a junior bed when the fixed sides are removed, so that the bed can adapt as your baby grows. The bed also features teething rails to prevent your child from marking the timber.

The Hogarth Cot Bed also has the option to place the mattress base in a choice of three positions. The upper position is used with the newborn baby, the middle is used once baby can move around, the lower position will be required to keep baby safe once they can pull themselves to their feet - to prevent baby from climbing up and tumbling from the cot.

Once the toddler has discovered that escape is possible, it is then time to change the Stratford into the junior bed, this is simple to do. The cot is dismantled with the allen key provided the lower section of the foot end is removed the mattress base is placed in the lowest position and the screws are tightened again. The mattress remains in use as does the familiar bedding, helping the child adapt to the new sleeping environment. It is at this time that you may need to invest in a safety gate for the bedroom door.

A great value cot bed, the Hogarth can be used up until about 5 or 6 years old when converted to a toddler bed.

The cot bed requires a 140 x 69cm mattress. We have 2 different options of mattresses available.

The Foam Mattress is made with a superior grade foam, giving excellent comfortable support for your baby. It has an easy clean cover and is fully air permeable and reversible.

The Sprung Mattress is a luxurious fully sprung mattress that has been designed to provide healthy, properly supported sleep. It has all the same features as the Foam Mattress but the core of the mattress is made of a high-quality mini-bonnell spring unit.
