Order Confirmation
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:

Order Status
To check your order status, just click on the "Sign In" link at the top of the page, then select the “View Order Status” link to view your information. If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details.
"Awaiting Payment" means your order is placed but unpaid.
"Completed" means your order has been sent to our Customer Service Team. You’ll receive an email confirming that your order has been received and payment approved.
"Shipped" means your order is on its way. You'll receive an email confirming dispatch.
"Cancelled" means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.
"Partially Shipped" refers to orders that have been shipped in multiple shipments. When all items have been shipped, the order status will update to "Shipped".
