Returns Details

10-Day Approval Guarantee

We will replace or credit most items provided they are returned complete, unused and unopened, in their original packaging, within ten (10) calender days of receipt.

We ask you notify us by e-mail quoting your Order Reference Number. We will then provide you with simple return instructions.

We reserve the right to charge goods to your account if you return them after the 10 day approval period or if they are returned spoilt or otherwise damaged. The approval period begins on the day you receive the goods and ends 10 calender days later.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel

You also have the legal right to cancel your order within seven (7) working days of receiving the goods.

If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us by email, and return the goods within 7 working days starting the day after you received your order.

You must take reasonable care of the goods to exercise this right. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way. They must be unopened and unused to qualify for a cancellation.

Faulty Goods

Before determining that your merchandise is faulty, please refer to your owner’s manual to ensure it has been installed and is being used properly. You will find manufacturer helplines to assist you with your product. If you still suspect a fault with your product, please contact the manufacturer, or you can contact our customer service for guidance.
