We accept the following forms of payment at Baby Depot: Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfers and PayPal account payments. Postal orders and bank drafts can be arranged by emailing customerservice@babydepot.ie.
Credit Cards
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
Using the Shopping Cart
Once you've located a product and you're ready to go ahead and order, click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once an item is in your cart, you can adjust the quantity, remove the item, add accessories and/or continue shopping. Putting an item in your shopping cart places you under no obligation to purchase the product. You can make changes at any time by clicking on "View Cart" located on the far top right of the page.
If you're a registered customer and saved your cart during a previous visit, you can pick up where you left off from any computer after logging into your account. If you left items in your cart and haven't yet registered, these items will still be your cart during your next session as long as you're using the same computer.
Please note that your order will not be placed until you confirm the order and complete payment at Step 5 of the Checkout process.
Checking Out
In the top right corner of every web page, you will find your Shopping Cart. Simply click on the "View Cart" button. You will be asked to register for an account, checkout as a guest, or sign into your existing account.
All the items that you placed in your Shopping Cart will appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply tick “Remove”, then “Update Quantity”. You can also estimate shipping costs on this screen.
Follow the onscreen instructions to purchase your goods. Please note that your order will not be placed until you click on “Proceed to Payment”.
Making Payment
After clicking "Proceed to Payment", our the screen will change to a payment page. Please enter details here to complete your order. Our payment processor is fully secure and payment information encrypted.
Order Confirmation
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
1. The first confirms that your order was received. This email will arrive within a few hours.
2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse.
You can also check the current status of your order by signing into your account.
Cancel or Change an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you have checked out and paid for, please email us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already begun the shipping process cannot be cancelled and must be returned. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
International Customers
We do not bill or ship orders outside of the Republic of Ireland.
